a platform that opens doors for diverse talents
CHALLENGE
Representa SA is a digital platform developed by Blend Edu, connecting talents from marginalized groups with job opportunities and professional growth, while providing solutions for recruiters and companies seeking diverse talent.
our challenge was to establish the entire brand universe and visual identity around an existing logo, along with creating the platform’s website – retaining the core essence of the parent brand, Blend Edu.
INSIGHT
job hunting can be a tense, anxiety-inducing, and often insecure process for many individuals, especially amplified for those from marginalized groups navigating a corporate world that often doesn’t favor them. born to open doors for diverse talents, Representa SA needed to convey a feeling: welcoming.
SOLUTION
to foster a sense of calm and relief, we created a visual universe that diverged from traditional corporate and institutional norms. to emphasize this distinction, we incorporated hand-drawn elements in both illustrations and typography, a simple touch that adds charm and a sense of human connection.
here’s how it turned out:
HAND-DRAWN STYLES
applied in both illustrations and typography, alternating across various use cases to ensure brand recognition without repetition and with diverse possibilities.
PHOTOGRAPHY
we used images of real and natural people against neutral backgrounds, featuring relaxed and smiling expressions, conveying warmth and empathy.
PATTERNS
the patterns represent each of the 5 groups, ensuring that each time we communicate with them specifically, these patterns are present to aid in recognizing and categorizing different contents.

BUT THAT’S NOT ALL…
with such a stunning visual universe in place, the next step was building the brand’s website, that serves an institutional function and directs users to the tools within Representa SA.
in an environment like this, everyone feels welcomed.
