to launch the first public recruitment campaign in the history of SIRP, the Portuguese Secret Service, attracting the next generation of intelligence officers without compromising national interests, secrecy, and institutional positioning.

people who see what others don’t see, act in the invisible and operate in the shadows. the symbolism associated with SIRP, such as birds of prey, revealed the creative path: eagles for strategic vision, owls for wisdom, focus, and anticipation.

SOLUTION

creation of a provocative and selective concept, “Are you ready to be part of the invisible?”, translated into a complete communication ecosystem. billboards, posters, and a digital strategy designed to generate curiosity, speak to the attentive, observant, and curious, and position recruitment as a mission, not as a common job opening.
