CHALLENGE
as part of our DNA is to identify opportunities and propose creative ideas to clients even before they ask, this campaign was a proactive initiative. while the client embraced the project, the available budget was limited, as it wasn’t something originally planned.
the challenge, therefore, was to develop a Christmas campaign capable of generating significant impact and engagement, using limited resources and relying on strategic and creative execution.

INSIGHT
we saw a unique opportunity to align the campaign directly with the platform’s core: vehicle sales. with Santa Claus as the protagonist, we crafted a lighthearted and fun story using his iconic sleigh as the central narrative element. everything was designed to maximize audience engagement, blending storytelling, interactivity, and humor, and inviting people to help Santa choose his new mode of transportation.
SOLUTION
STEP 1
we started with a social media post announcing that Santa’s sleigh had been sold on Standvirtual. the post highlighted quirky features of the sleigh, following the same format and details the platform offers to its customers.
to spark curiosity, we left a teaser: we were trying to get in touch with Santa’s press team.
STEP 2
we launched a mock press conference featuring Santa himself, where he explained why he sold his sleigh. his reasons included: the convertible model didn’t protect him from bad weather, and he was spending a fortune on anti-wrinkle creams.

at the end of the press conference video, Santa made a special request: he wanted to buy a new car on Standvirtual but couldn’t decide which model to choose. so, he invited the audience to comment with suggestions for the perfect vehicle for his gift deliveries.

to make it even more engaging, we created an official Instagram profile for Santa Claus. on it, he shared posts about his daily life leading up to Christmas, connecting with the audience in a fun and relatable way. we used the same profile to publish the press conference video as a collaboration and, of course, responded to all comments as Santa himself! =)
THE CAMPAIGN WAS A SUCCESS!
we turned Santa’s sleigh into a conversation and engaged the audience in a creative way that stayed true to the brand.
and well… our egos got a little boost from the comments below! 😂
