create a gift box no one could ignore. engaging, relevant and educational, capable of working as a collective experience within teams, with strong local adaptation to the Portuguese and Spanish markets, and that translated Solidgate’s positioning in a clear, memorable and unexpected way.

INSIGHT

brands are remembered when they are felt. music fixes messages, creates emotional connection and increases retention. and when the central concept is payment orchestration, the metaphor becomes inevitable: an orchestra only works when everything is in perfect harmony. in a B2B context saturated with conventional approaches, it was the perfect opportunity to create something truly differentiating, ultra-personalised and with organic sharing potential within organisations.

SOLUTION

we designed a premium gifting experience and sent to 108 e-commerce companies in Portugal and Spain where the box is only the opening act. the packaging itself is tactile, considered, and unmistakably Solidgate: the kind you don’t throw away.

but the real moment happens when you find the QR code inside. scan it. a personalized landing page opens. and then the music starts. not a playlist. not background noise. an original orchestral score, composed specifically to narrate each partner’s story with Solidgate, from that exact moment forward.

cinematic, personal, and completely unexpected from a fintech company. not “Hi {Name}” personalization. the kind that makes you sit with it for a minute.

RESULTS

in a category where silence is the norm, the numbers speak for themselves:

👉 an opening rate of over 90%;
👉 more than 580 interactions with the digital content;
👉 an average of 6 scans per box.

proving that the experience travelled well beyond the initial recipient. months after delivery, the songs are still being accessed and several decision-makers responded with direct meeting requests.

the campaign didn’t just generate attention, it reversed the direction of the conversation, turning a cold first contact into a relationship initiated by the prospect themselves.
