CHALLENGE

OLX was at a turning point: shifting from exploring Artificial Intelligence to becoming a true player in it. the company needed a corporate event that could embody this transition. not just communicating technology, but asserting a clear vision of leadership.

the challenge was to create a complete system: naming, identity, and physical experience working seamlessly together, with consistency from the strategic narrative down to the smallest spatial detail. something that wouldn’t just inform, but symbolize and that could extend beyond the event itself as a lasting brand asset.

INSIGHT

companies that lead don’t ask for space. they take it.

OLX didn’t need to present AI. It needed to claim it. The concept had to embody that mindset: active, assertive, and unapologetic. The name had to be its first expression, coming before the stage, before the visuals, and before any slide.

SOLUTION

naming: CLAIM AI

to assert. to claim. to take ownership.

CLAIM expresses exactly what OLX needed to say: we’re not observing AI, we’re leading it. and it does so across multiple layers at once:

  • semantics: “to claim” is the language of those who don’t ask. it asserts.
  • visual: CLAIM. the AI acronym is embedded at the center of the word. the name functions simultaneously as concept and graphic signature.
  • emotional: it captures how the brand feels in this moment. not the uncertainty of those still exploring, but the conviction of those who lead.
  • longevity: a name created for an event, but built to last. CLAIM AI has the structure to support campaigns, sub-events, and future initiatives without losing relevance or recognition.

BRANDING

from concept to system.

starting from the name, we developed a complete identity designed to perform consistently across every touchpoint, from the stage to the feed.

the system is built on four pillars:

  • proprietary naming: CLAIM AI, with AI graphically embedded at the center of the word.
  • typography and color: we retained OLX’s typography and color palette, ensuring institutional continuity without losing a distinct identity.
  • brand shapes: forms inspired by the letters O, L, and X, creating a visual language that belongs to the OLX universe while speaking specifically to CLAIM AI.
  • distinctive icon: a fusion between the AI acronym and an upward arrow, symbolizing progress and direction, adaptable across formats.

SPACE

the space as message.

the choice of venue was intentional. Lisbon was selected for its modern infrastructure, accessibility, and ability to host international-scale events with seamless logistics. within the city, Convento do Beato, one of its most iconic venues, provided the perfect counterpoint: a historic setting that amplified the conversations and created the right atmosphere for high-level networking.

THE STAGE

the stage was the focal point and it was designed to be.

its visual language was derived from the arrows embedded in the CLAIM AI icon, transforming a graphic element into architecture. These directional forms shaped a composition that communicated movement, progression, and arrival before a single word was spoken.

through scale, contrast, and color, this message was amplified, creating an immersive atmosphere where the audience didn’t just watch, but experienced it.

 

EVENT ZONES

Convento do Beato was activated across two floors, each designed with a distinct role in the guest journey. the main floor hosted the central hall, where presentations and stage moments took place, alongside custom-built partner booths, where companies from the real estate and automotive sectors showcased their latest innovations and AI applications within their markets.

on the second floor, the pace shifted. A dining area, dedicated meeting rooms for private conversations, and a media room for real-time coverage and content created space to pause, connect, and expand on what was experienced below.

EVENT & ACTIVATION

real-time production.

the event didn’t end when the stage lights went down. throughout the day, a dedicated team worked in parallel to capture, produce, and distribute content, handling the entire image production: official photography, video capture, and real-time editing.

by the end of each day, a highlight video was presented to participants, capturing the energy of the moment and reinforcing the CLAIM AI narrative.

REAL-TIME SOCIAL MEDIA

in parallel, a creative team produced social content throughout the event, with posts created, approved, and published on the same day. the brand existed simultaneously in the physical and digital spaces, extending the event’s reach far beyond the 300 invited guests.

RESULTS

👉 300+ global decision-makers in attendance;
👉 40+ international publications covered the event;
👉 OLX Group positioned at the center of the global AI conversation;
👉 attendees became advocates for the event.
